Our Promise

Every piece of Ventra gear is built to last. We stand behind that with a Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty on every product we sell. If your gear fails because of how we built it, we'll replace it. Free.

Buy it once, backed for life.

What's Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the product, including:

  • Stitching failure or unraveling
  • Zipper defects or malfunction
  • Seam separation
  • Hardware failure (buckles, clips, D-rings)
  • Material delamination or structural breakdown from normal use

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (scuffs, fading, minor cosmetic changes from regular use)
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or intentional modification
  • Damage from accidents, chemicals, or extreme conditions outside intended use
  • Loss or theft

We trust our customers. This policy exists because we build gear meant to hold up, not because we're looking for reasons to say no. But we do reserve the right to make the final call on claims. That's how we keep the warranty sustainable for everyone.

How Replacements Work

If your claim is approved, here's what to expect:

  • Same product, different variant: If your exact color or variant is in stock, we'll send you the same product in an available color or variant of your choice.
  • Discontinued color or variant: If your specific color or variant has been discontinued, we'll replace it with a comparable available variant of the same product.
  • Discontinued product: If the entire product line has been discontinued and no comparable replacement exists, we'll issue store credit for the original purchase value, redeemable toward any current Ventra product.

All replacements are at Ventra's discretion. We'll always work with you to find the best solution.

Transferability

This warranty is transferable. If you bought a Ventra product as a gift, or received one, the warranty follows the product, not the receipt. We want every person using Ventra gear to have the same confidence in it, whether they bought it themselves or someone bought it for them.

Proof of Purchase

To file a warranty claim, you'll need proof of purchase. This can be:

  • Online orders: Your Ventra order number or order confirmation email.
  • In-store purchases: Your receipt from the retail location where you bought the product.
  • Gifts: The original order number or receipt from whoever purchased it. If you don't have it, reach out and we'll work with you.

How to File a Claim

  1. Email warranties@ventragear.com with:
    • Your proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or store receipt)
    • A photo of the defect
    • A brief description of what happened
  2. We'll respond within 48 hours.
  3. If approved, we'll ship your replacement at no cost to you.

The Fine Print

  • This warranty is provided by Ventra Gear LLC.
  • We reserve the right to request the defective product be returned before shipping a replacement.
  • This warranty does not cover shipping costs for returning the defective item if a return is requested.
  • Ventra Gear reserves final discretion on all warranty claims.
  • This warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
