RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

90-DAY RETURNS

We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in original condition (unused, no damage beyond normal inspection)
- Item must be in original packaging
- You'll need your order number or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at support@ventragear.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@ventragear.com.

EXCHANGES

We don't do direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund, then place a new order.

DAMAGES AND DEFECTS

Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@ventragear.com with photos. We'll make it right.

LIFETIME CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY

This policy covers standard returns. Our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty is separate — if your bag fails due to defective materials or workmanship under normal use, we'll replace it free of charge. No registration required.

Email warranties@ventragear.com with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description.

The warranty covers: stitching failure, zipper defects, material defects, hardware failure, seam separation.

The warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or neglect, cosmetic issues that don't affect function, loss or theft, unauthorized modifications.

Ventra Gear LLC reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim at its sole discretion. All warranty determinations are final. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
